NAIMUN is one of the oldest and most competitive Model UN conferences for high school students in the United States and the world. Every year they host approximately 3,300 students and 250 Georgetown University staffers from over 40 states and 20 countries. NAIMUN offers unparalleled substantive rigor and innovation for students interested in international affairs, diplomatic strategies, and public speaking. This year, LVII is excited to boast an unprecedented total of 40 committees with topics ranging from the rights of refugee populations to the Pisonian conspiracy of the Roman Empire, and a fully integrated crisis simulation of the Cuban Missile Crisis through the National Security Apparatus. The mission also extends to the out-of-committee experience, allowing delegates to explore our nation’s capital.
